We’re excited to plan your Tanzania adventure and want everything to be clear and simple.
Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
They are designed to protect both you and us, while keeping your travel experience easy and enjoyable.
To confirm your booking, a 10% deposit is required for Kilimanjaro climbing and 20% deposit for all Tanzania safaris. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before your trip starts.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or online payment link. Once we receive your deposit, we will send a booking confirmation and invoice.
If you need to cancel your trip, please inform us in writing.
Cancellation 60 days or more before travel – 80% refund
Cancellation 10–59 days before travel – 50% refund
Cancellation less than 10 days before travel – 20% refund
Please note that bank charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to change your travel date or itinerary, we will do our best to assist you. Changes are subject to availability and may include additional costs depending on hotel or park availability.
All guests must have valid travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
For Kilimanjaro climbs, make sure you are physically fit and consult your doctor before joining. Our guides are trained in first aid and mountain safety.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport, visa, and vaccination requirements are valid before travel. Bush Lion Tours is not responsible for issues caused by missing or invalid documents.
While we take all safety precautions, wildlife encounters and outdoor activities come with natural risks. Bush Lion Tours will not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or property loss that occur due to conditions beyond our control.
We partner with trusted lodges, camps, and hotels. In rare cases where booked accommodation is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of similar or higher standard at no extra cost.
All vehicles are 4×4 safari cruisers with professional driver-guides.
Bush Lion Tours acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
If you have any concern during your trip, please report it immediately to your guide or our office. We will do our best to solve the issue quickly and make sure you enjoy your experience.
By paying your deposit, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
