Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel or change your trip, here's exactly what to expect. We've kept things straightforward so there are no surprises.
If You Cancel Your Trip
The amount you receive back depends on how far in advance you cancel:

| 60+ days before departure | Full refund minus $100 admin fee |
| 30–59 days before departure | 50% refund |
| 15–29 days before departure | 25% refund |
| Less than 15 days before departure | No refund |
| No-show | No refund |
Even if you cancel less than 15 days before departure, we'll do our best to reschedule your trip to another date — subject to availability.
If We Cancel Your Trip
Sometimes things are out of both our hands. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to:
- Severe weather conditions that make the trip unsafe
- Safety concerns (e.g. trail closures, security issues)
- Government restrictions or park regulations
If we cancel, you'll get a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost — whichever you prefer.

Please include your full name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation. We'll confirm receipt and let you know what happens next.
Refund Processing Time
Once we've approved your refund, it will be processed within 7–14 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
