4 Days Tanzania Camping Safari – Budget Wildlife Adventure in Northern Circuit

After an early breakfast in Arusha, your 4 Days Tanzania Camping Safari officially begins with a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a full game drive with a packed hot lunch inside the park.

Tarangire National Park is well known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and rich wildlife diversity. The Tarangire River, which flows through the park year-round, attracts many animals, especially during the dry season. During the game drive, you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a wide variety of bird species.

In the late afternoon, you will exit the park and drive to the campsite for relaxation and dinner.

After breakfast, you continue your 4 Days Tanzania Camping Safari toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The journey passes through the fertile farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering beautiful views along the way.

As you descend from the highlands, the vast Serengeti plains open up before you, stretching endlessly to the horizon. You will head to the Seronera area in Central Serengeti, one of the richest wildlife regions in the park. The Seronera River provides a permanent water source, attracting many animals throughout the year.

You will arrive in time for lunch, followed by an exciting afternoon game drive where you may see lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of grazers.

Breakfast will be served early at around 6:00 AM, followed by a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. This is one of the best times to spot predators as they are most active during the early hours. Expect to see lions, wildebeest, zebras, elephants, impalas, and possibly leopards and cheetahs.

After lunch, you will begin your drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying en-route wildlife viewing as you leave the Serengeti plains behind. The drive offers changing landscapes and excellent photo opportunities.

You will arrive at the Ngorongoro area in the late afternoon and settle in at the campsite for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable game drive. The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, making it one of the best places in Africa to see animals in a short time.

During the 5–6 hour game drive, you may encounter lions, large herds of wildebeest and zebras, buffaloes, hippos, massive elephants, and with some luck, the rare black rhino. A picnic hot lunch will be enjoyed inside the crater.

In the late afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your unforgettable 4 Days Tanzania Camping Safari.
