Ruaha National Park

Ruaha National Park

Ruaha is Tanzania’s largest national park and one of the best places to see lions and elephants in large numbers. It’s also home to wild dogs, leopards, cheetahs, kudus, and over 570 species of birds.

The park’s uniqueness is its untouched wilderness and fewer visitors, offering an authentic safari. Best time to visit is during the dry season from June to October.

You can fly from Dar es Salaam or Arusha to Msembe Airstrip or drive from Iringa town.
