Your adventure starts early in the morning with a transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport. You will board a scenic light aircraft flight to Nyerere National Park (Selous). The flight itself is spectacular, offering aerial views of the Indian Ocean, coastline, and vast wilderness.

Upon arrival at the airstrip, our professional safari guide will welcome you and begin a full-day game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle.

Selous is famous for its large populations of elephants and buffalo. During your game drive, you may spot:

• Lions resting under acacia trees
• Elephants moving in large herds
• Giraffes browsing calmly
• Hippos and crocodiles near the Rufiji River
• Wild dogs (if lucky)

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by nature.

In the late afternoon, you will drive to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive. Early morning is one of the best times to see predators while they are still active.

This is your final chance to capture beautiful photos and experience the untouched wilderness of Selous.

After the game drive, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, our driver will transfer you back to your hotel.
