Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be warmly welcomed by our team. After a brief introduction, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take time to rest and prepare your gear for the photographic adventure ahead.

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden gems, famous for huge elephant herds, giant baobab trees, and diverse birdlife. You will have the whole day to explore this park, with plenty of opportunities to capture portraits of elephants, giraffes, and even tree-climbing pythons. The golden evening light brings out dramatic colors in the baobab landscapes.

Depart Tarangire after an early breakfast and head towards Central Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, enjoy scenic photography of Maasai villages and endless plains. Arrive in Central Serengeti in time for an afternoon game drive, with a focus on big cats including lions and leopards, often resting on rocky kopjes. Sunset here is always magical for landscape shots.

After breakfast, journey further north toward the Mara River region, where millions of wildebeest gather between July and October. Today is dedicated to following the migration herds along the Mara River. After a sunrise game drive in the north, you’ll head back to Central Serengeti to explore different areas and catch more big cat activity. Sunset on the savannah gives you spectacular light to close your day.

Enjoy a final morning in the Serengeti, capturing those last dramatic predator moments, then travel toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Arrive near the crater rim for your overnight stay with a breathtaking view over Ngorongoro.

Wake up early to descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s largest calderas and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
