This 3 days safari takes you to two of Tanzania’s most famous destinations — Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. It’s perfect for travelers with limited time who want to witness amazing wildlife, including the Big Five, in stunning landscapes. You’ll enjoy thrilling game drives and unforgettable moments surrounded by nature.
You will be welcomed at Kilimanjaro International Airport by our professional driver-guide holding a signboard with your name. From here, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take your time to relax after your international flight and enjoy dinner at the lodge.
After breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, your adventure begins with a scenic drive toward the famous Serengeti National Park. The journey takes you through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands, where you may see Maasai people with their cattle along the way.
When you arrive at Serengeti, you’ll begin your first exciting game drive across the wide, open plains. Look out for:
Lions relaxing in the sun
Elephants moving in herds
Giraffes eating from tall trees
Wildebeests and zebras migrating across the land
And cheetahs hunting in the grasslands
In the evening, you’ll drive to a lodge or tented camp near Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight stay.
Start the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti. This is the best time to catch predators like lions and leopards before they hide from the sun.
After breakfast, you’ll continue your drive through the park, enjoying more wildlife sightings. Around midday, begin your journey toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Along the way, you’ll pass by rolling hills, valleys, and acacia trees. You’ll reach your lodge located near the crater rim in the late afternoon, where you’ll enjoy dinner and a beautiful view before sleeping.
After an early breakfast, you’ll descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater — a World Heritage Site known as one of the best places in Africa to see wildlife up close.
Inside the crater, you may see:
Black rhinos (very rare and special)
Lions and hyenas
Hippos near the water
Elephants in the forest
Flamingos on the lake
Zebras, buffaloes, and warthogs everywhere
Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, surrounded by amazing nature.
In the afternoon, you’ll begin your drive back to Arusha, where your unforgettable 3-day safari ends.
